A PCAP (Projected Capacitive) touch transparent OLED display combines two advanced technologies: transparent OLED (TOLED) panels and projected capacitive touch sensing, enabling both high-quality display output and intuitive touch interaction while maintaining transparency. Here's how it works:
OLED Basics: OLEDs (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes) emit light when an electric current passes through organic layers, eliminating the need for a backlight.
Transparency: In a transparent OLED, both the anode and cathode are made of transparent materials (e.g., ITO - Indium Tin Oxide), and the substrate (usually glass or plastic) is also transparent.
Pixel Structure: Pixels can be either emissive (displaying content) or transparent (allowing light to pass through). When off, the display appears see-through.
PCAP Principle: PCAP touchscreens detect touch by measuring changes in capacitance (electric charge storage) on a grid of transparent electrodes.
Electrode Grid: A matrix of microscopic conductive traces (usually ITO) is patterned on a transparent layer (glass or film) over the OLED.
Touch Detection:
A small voltage is applied to the grid, creating an electrostatic field.
When a finger (or conductive stylus) approaches, it disturbs the field, altering capacitance at that point.
The controller measures these changes to determine the touch location with high precision.

To ensure the reliable use of equipment and the safety of personnel, please follow the following instructions during installation, use, and maintenance:
1. System grounding
The system must have a complete grounding treatment, otherwise it may not only cause signal interference, instability or mechanical damage, but also personal accidents due to leakage.
2. Prohibit changing the original design
It is prohibited to make any design changes or add components to this product, otherwise the manufacturer shall not be responsible for the harmful consequences caused thereby.
3. There are AC 220V high-voltage components inside the machine. Please do not open the casing without authorization to avoid the risk of electric shock.
4. Do not place the system equipment in areas that are too cold or too hot. When it is cloudy, humid, or not in use for a long time, the main power switch of the equipment should be turned off.
5. The power supply of the equipment will generate heat during operation, so it is necessary to maintain good ventilation in the working environment to avoid excessive temperature and damage to the machine.
6. Non professionals are advised not to attempt to open the device case or repair it without permission, in order to avoid accidents or aggravating the damage to the equipment.
7. Statement of use for OLED self luminous products for static playback of static images.

Static images "include all elements that remain unchanged on the screen, whether in video or other formats. Once the image remains still for more than 15 minutes, it will burn on the panel and cause irreversible damage to the product, which is not covered by the warranty. Please pay special attention!
<1> Static image display time should not exceed 15 minutes
<2> OLED products should not be used continuously for more than 18 hours per day
<3> The desktop display time on the computer should not exceed 15 minutes. It is recommended to set a dynamic screensaver screen
8. OLED product image residual image restoration instructions
(1) OLED products have residual image compensation functions, including pixel refresh function (OFF-RS) and brightness correction function (OLED-JB), which are set to power on compensation by default.
(2) When the OLED product has been running for more than 4 hours, it will automatically enter OFF-RS compensation within 5 seconds after the next power on. The compensation process is expected to take about 4 minutes. Please do not turn off the power during this process.
(3) When the OLED product has been running for more than 2000 hours, it will automatically enter OLED JB calibration within 5 seconds after the next power on. The calibration process is expected to take about 1 minute. Please do not turn off the power during this process.
9. Important information about the service life of OLED products
(1) To extend product lifespan and prevent image ghosting, it is recommended that OLED products work ≤ 10 (ten) hours per day and play dynamic images and videos; Use at least once a week during the rainy season, and generally at least once a month, with a recommended operating time of no less than 2 (two) hours;
(2) OLED products are based on IEC62087 standard video, with room temperature of 25 ºC and humidity of 50%. They are turned off every 4 hours for OFF-RS compensation, and have a lifespan of not less than 30000 (thirty thousand) hours.
